Most of our positions are open, but not all will be filled at the same time. Once you fill in your details, you may have to wait for between three to twelve months before you hear from us. 1. For all potential team members, we are looking for role models who are self-disciplined, able to work as part of a team, flexible to take on new roles and responsibilities and work in an ethical setting.
2. Team members must be fluent in spoken and written English as well as have a working ability in Kiswahili.
3. Team members should be familiar with Microsoft Office applications as well as be willing to learn our internal IT management system.
4. We can only consider applicants who fill in positions similar to what they have held in the past.
5. We want to engage a team who are committed for the long-term, therefore we will only consider candidates who have shown a commitment to at least one position in their work history for over five years.
