We intend to develop an effective system of teaching every subject at every level in the best way possible. This means that we will explore every way that has been shown to be effective in teaching every subject. We understand that subjects are different – they can’t all be taught in the same way. We also understand that developmental milestones affect how children learn at different stages, and work to build these into our teaching methods for children of different ages.

This does not mean, however, that we are willing to experiment with every fad, as this would bring inconsistence and wastage of resources. Instead, we intend to develop our teacher skills to give the best learning pathway for every student.

Many children start with the idea that success will be instant – that someone is either good at something or not. However, we will work with every child to institute a positive pathway for growth. We will work to get every child to realise that success is a process – where one works, then tries their level through assessments, and that uses the outcomes of assessments as a stepping stone to build and do better.
