Fee Rules

1. The fees above are exclusive of taxes or other levies that the government or other regulatory bodies may impose from time to time. Changes from government levies will reflect as they are implemented.
2. Fees above are tuition only. Parents will be required to buy the correct School uniform, PE and swimming kits, stationary, revision books and text books (if you require these for home use).
3. Payments made in full for all enrolled siblings up to one week before start of term get a 5% discount on TUITION fees only. This discount is on tuition only, and is at the discretion of the management.
4. Deadline for all payments is strictly by the first day of term as per the School calendar. Payments made after first day of term incur a late payment surcharge of KShs 10,000.
5. Students whose fees are unpaid by the end of the first week of term will not be eligible to enjoy our educational services.
6. Students who join after half the term has passed, the date being decided by the School, will pay half the fee for: tuition, transport and food. The correct amount will be as calculated by the School administrator.
7. Parents should expect a minimum increase of 5% per year on tuition amount, effective on the first term of every year.
8. One full term’s notice, in writing MUST be made to the School Manager before un-enrolling a student from the School, or a full terms fee will be charged in lieu of notice.
9. School fees are payable in Kenya Shillings, latest, one week before the start of the term.
10. International exam fees are payable by parents in advance of being registered for the exams.
11. Candidates cannot be registered for international examinations unless fee balances are cleared in full.
12. The School reserves the right of admission.
13. Parents and children must abide by the rules of the School set out during the admission process and otherwise instructed through the School Newsletter.
